Today’s Highlights:

Student Government Applications are available for next school year.  Please pick one up in the front office.  If you are running for an elected position, you must attend a MANDATORY meeting TODAY, March 10th in room L112 

After finals TODAY, head over to Yogurt City (next to little Caesar’s) and grab a yogurt, hot chocolate, etc. and support the choir.  ALL DAY – 11am to 10pm!! 

Anyone who is interested in taking Fire Science CTE (formerly ROP) next year, needs to submit a course request online at http://www.cteworks.com by Thursday, March 10th! See Ms. Goudy if you have any questions.

Applications for the Seal of BiLiteracy are available from Sra. Quinonez or Mrs. Cook.  If you think you might qualify for this recognition, stop by and pick up an application.  Applications are due MARCH 11, 2016 by 3:00pm – NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

Hey Titans, don’t miss out on Senior Night for boys basketball TONIGHT at 6:30. Make sure you are wearing red!

Let your special someone know that you are thinking of them for Valentine’s Day! Singing Valentines are on sale during both lunches on the inside stage. $5 for song/flower/card; $10 includes a teddy bear. Songs options include Bruno Mars, Plain White T’s, Elvis Presley and more! Valentine’s will be delivered on Friday 2/12. Questions? Come to CTE6.

All Students that are interested in Playing Football in the 2016-2017 Season that are not in one of our 4 daily lifting classes and not playing a sport at ANHS will need to report to the weight room for OSP.  TODAY at 3:00-4:00 & every M-TH that school is in session for the rest of the year. Roll will be taken. Anyone that is either not lifting in one of our classes or playing a sport will not be allowed to play football if they do not get there OSP hours in. Highlights:

Interested in leadership, community service, and scholarship opportunities? Then our brand new Antelope Key Club has something for you! Although we’ve accomplished much in previous years, our newly chartered Key Club International will allow us to do much more! Membership donations of $15 are due on TODAY, and the optional Six Flags trip payment of $35 is due on September 28th. Please come to our next meeting on Monday 28th in room L206 during lunch to find out more. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at anhskey@gmail.com.

Attention seniors in search of getting involved with Homecoming Festivities!
There are workdays being held TODAY after school in Mrs. Wallace’s room, S204, and backdrop constructions behind the CTE building from 3pm-5pm. We would really appreciate any and all help!

The senior class will be selling Jamba Juice on TODAY, September 25th in the quad from 3:05-4:00pm. Small smoothies will be sold for $4. Please come out to support the senior class and get pumped for homecoming week!

Head over to Yogurt City (next to Little Caesars) TODAY 9/25 – tomorrow – to help raise money for the choir program! 33% of everything purchased will be donated back to the choir (anytime 11am-10pm). No flyer needed, just mention you are there to help support the choir!

Homecoming week is next week, the theme is “A Tim Burton Homecoming.”
Make sure to dress up for for spirit days:
Monday is Denim day, dress in your favorite denim attire.
Tuesday is Crazy Hair day, rock your wildest hairstyle.
Wednesday is PJ Pant day, come to school in your favorite pajamas.
Thursday is Holiday day, dress up in clothing related to your favorite holiday.
Friday is class colors: freshmen wear white, sophomores wear gray, juniors wear black, and seniors wear red.
Make sure to bring your ID and get counted in the quad during lunch. Also keep an eye out for student gov members walking around in orange vests counting spirit.

Attention Titans! Tickets to the Mad Hatter Tea Party Homecoming Dance will be going on sale soon and will be sold at Student Services and in the Student Store during both lunches.  Homecoming is Friday, October 2nd from 9-11 pm in the cafeteria.  Ticket sales are as follows:
9/22-9/25 $5 with ASB and $7 without
9/28-10/1 $8 with ASB and $10 without Tickets will not be sold during school, Friday, October 2nd
$10 at the door Friday October 2 Ticket and School ID must be present at dance check-in

Last call for class shirts! Put in a pre-order at the student services window or at the student store, $12 with ASB and $15 without ASB, last day to place your order is TODAY 9/24. Also, if you already paid and have not received your shirt, stop by the student store during either lunch with your receipt.

Attention all new and returning NHS members! The induction ceremony has been moved to TODAY, September 24th from 6:30-7:30pm in the cafeteria. Members should arrive at roughly 6:10pm. Remember that semi-formal attire is appropriate for this occasion and NO JEANS are permitted. Friends and family are welcomed!
