Speech and Debate had a VERY successful tournament right here on our campus this last Saturday, November 14th.
Patty Floyd, Mary Tsakke, Karina Vuksta, Tyler Anderson, Alana Cox and Jack Yanos each finished third in their respective events. Kim Weaver, Jocelin Rivera and Kiran Khalid finished in second place in their events; then Jack Yanos had a first place finish in Original Oratory, while Breanna Rodgers took first in Novice Dramatic Interpretation and Jared Parris took first in his Novice Humorous Interpretation event. Overall, the Titan speech team took home more medals and trophies than many other teams had entries in the tournament. It was a great day for all who were involved, especially for the Titans!
